Colony Red Hots – Meet Report for July 9, 2011
Colony Red Hots vs College Park Splash-The Colony Red Hots had a great time swimming against neighbors College Park Splash in the second Irvine Swim League meet of the season. The Red Hots earned a total of 157 time improvements and 78 qualifying times.
Impressive swims were turned in by Cullen Chow and Teddy Pham, each taking first place and qualifying in all three of their individual events.
Swimmers earning time improvements of over ten seconds were Wyatt Andraos, Karthik Bhamidipati, Gianna Cabral, Luke Gibson, Iszak Hemberger, Claire McGuinness, Jaden Park, and Brandon Wang. Earning time improvements of over ten seconds in all three of his individual events was Ryan Lee, who also turned in the most outstanding time improvement of the day of 19.50 seconds.
Placing in all their individual events were Chris Allmann, Zach Baxter, Britney Cao, Caleb Chow, Cassandra Chow, Kaitlen Clarke, Jordan Fox, Preston Fox, Carson Kita, Kevin Kohlhase, Abby Lee, Jerry Lee, Krysten Lee, Katie Minerman, Aki Miyake, Ryan Montis, Rachel Mucho, Alana Nguyen, Andrew Nguyen, Katelynn Nguyen, Katherine Nguyen, Kayla Nguyen, Gail Nishimura, Milan Nuttall, Emma Paul, Timmy Pham, Madeleine Poissonnier, Brandon Raymundo, Evan Tom, Thuy-Linh Ton, Brittany Wang, and Andrew Yasrebi.
Also placing in an individual event were Gwen Baxter, Josh Baxter, Elizabeth Cabral, Josh Cabral, Dylan Fox, Chloe Kiso, McKenna Kita, Allison Lee, Kaitlyn Lee, Isabelle Lin, Miles Malohn, Tony Masangkay, Kaitlin Nguyen, Maximilian Nuttal, Kenneth Patterson, Alexandra Paul, Bella Poblete, Claire Poissonnier, Julia Rausch, Alexis Tom, Nicole Tom, Krystal Tran, Nicholas Ubert, and Eddy Yoon.
Red Hots with three time improvements were Nicholas McGehee and McKenna Patton. With two time improvements were Jacob Gibson, Phoebe Lin, Elizabeth Minerman, Macy Nuttall, Jaclyn Paul, China Poblete, Natalie Ubert, and Kevin Waterman.
Other swimmers earning a time improvement included Aiden Brady, Jonathan Chen, Matthew Chen, Owen Hemberger, Claudia Kiso, Ethan Lin, Nolan Malohn, Jack McGuinness, Madeline Minerman, Jason Nguyen, and Jackson Paul.
