Colony Red Hots - Meet Report for July 16, 2011

 

Colony Red Hots vs Village Park Piranhas-The Colony Red Hots had a great meet last Saturday against the Village Park Piranhas. The Red Hots earned a total of 113 time improvements and 79 qualifying times. Red Hots with time improvements of over ten seconds were Luke Gibson and Claudia Kiso. Iszak Hemberger had a notable time improvement of 22.94 seconds in his 100 yard individual medley, and Krystal Tran turned in the largest time improvement of the day, dropping 30.77 seconds in her 25 yard butterfly.

 

Taking first place in all of their individual events were Cullen Chow, Preston Fox, Alana Nguyen, Teddy Pham, and Timmy Pham. Also earning a first place ribbon were Austin Barbrick, Gwen Baxter, Zach Baxter, Josh Cabral, Matthew Chen, Caleb Chow, Cassandra Chow, Kaitlen Clarke, Dylan Fox, Kevin Kohlhase, Tony Masangkay, Katie Minerman, Rachel Mucho, Gail Nishimura, Julia Rausch, and Evan Tom.

 

Placing in all their individual events were Chris Allmann, Josh Baxter, Justine Brown, Britney Cao, Allison Doty, Jordan Fox, Carson Kita, Abby Lee, Jacob Lee, Jerry Lee, Kaitlyn Lee, Krysten Lee, Ryan Montis, Kaitlin Nguyen, Katherine Nguyen, Nicole Tom, Brittany Wang, Kevin Waterman, Joshua Weingarten, and Andrew Yasrebi.

 

Other Red Hots that placed in an individual event were Wyatt Andraos, Avery Brown, Stewart Erdahl, Chloe Kiso, McKenna Kita, Allison Lee, Isabelle Lin, Phoebe Lin, Ellie Minerman, Madeline Minerman, Aki Miyake, Gabriel Miyake, Jason Nguyen, Justin Nguyen, Maximilian Nuttal, Milan Nuttal, Jaden Park, Emma Paul, Bella Poblete, China Poblete, Alexis Tom, Kelly Tran, Nicholas Ubert, Lily Weingarten, and Eddy Yoon.

 

More Colony swimmers that earned three time improvements included Jackson Paul and Brandon Wang. Also earning a time improvement were Aparna Alluri, Karthik Bhamidipati, Simon Cabral, Jacob Gibson, Owen Hemberger, Ava Lundvall, Claire McGuinness, Jack McGuinness, Macy Nuttal, and Jaclyn Paul.

 

A great effort was also put in by Gianna Cabral, Jonathan Chen, Ryan Lee, Ethan Lin, Nicholas McGehee, and Alexandra Paul.
