RED HOTS REGISTRATION IS EARLY THIS YEAR! WED. MARCH 10TH & SAT. MARCH 13TH
Registration 20102/16/2010Swim season runs from June 7th to August 14th for ages 5 to 18. Practice sessions are daily Mon-Fri for approximately 1 hour, generally between 3:30pm -6:30pm. The time and length of practice sessions are dependent upon the age group. All new swimmers must be water-safe and are encouraged to have completed a basic swim or water-safety class prior to the beginning of the swim season. Read more... Colony wins ISL Championship Division I title8/18/2009The Colony Red Hots took first place in Division I of the ISL Championships for the sixth year in a row. The Red Hots earned a high-point trophy in both the 5-6 age group, with 135 points, and the 15-18 age group, with an astounding point total of 515 points. The 15-18 age group had the highest point total of any age group in every division throughout the league. Read more... Colony Red Hots vs Deefield Bluefins Meet Report7/27/2009The Colony Red Hots had a great meet swimming against the Deerfield Bluefins. Red Hots earned a total of 133 time improvements and 90 qualifying times. Impressive swims were turned in by Jack McGuinness and Jackson Paul, who both had improvements of over ten seconds. Also, Jessica Tran broke a Colony record in the 15-18 age group 50 yard backstroke with a time of 30.53. Read more... Colony vs College Park Meet Report7/21/2009Colony Red Hots vs College Park Splash-The Colony Red Hots had a blast in a dual meet with neighboring team College Park Splash this past weekend. Colony swimmers that achieved exceptional time improvements of over ten seconds included John-Luke Abadie, Jack McGuinness, Sophia Nguyen, and Alexis Tom. Read more... Colony Red Hots - Meet Report for July 11, 20097/14/2009Colony Red Hots vs Courtside Stingrays-The Colony Red Hots had a great meet last Saturday against the Courtside Stingrays. Red Hots with time improvements of over ten seconds were Aiden Brady, Elizabeth Cabral, Simon Cabral, Ryan Lee, Ethan Lin, and China Poblete. Sophia Nguyen had the most impressive time improvement of the meet, dropping 56.71 seconds in her 5-6 age group 25 yard butterfly. Read more... Colony Red Hots - Meet Report for June 27, 20097/21/2009Colony Red Hots vs South Irvine Dolphins-The Colony Red Hots had another great meet this weekend against the South Irvine Dolphins. Red Hots that earned significant time improvements of over ten seconds were Simon Cabral, Makayla Hobbs, Ryan Lee, Ethan Lin, Isabelle Lin, Nicklaus Meiers, and China Poblete. Kevin Waterman earned the largest time improvement, dropping 31.03 seconds in the 7-8 age group 25 yard backstroke. Read more... Most notably, Red Hots swimmers turned in 196 time improvements. Time improvements of over ten seconds were achieved by Wyatt Andraos, Joshua Baxter, Britney Cao, Claire McGuinness, Nicklaus Meiers, Jaclyn Paul, Claire Poissonnier, Gavin Schell, Trong Ton, and Lily Weingarten. President's Update6/26/2009Wasn't last week fun? The weather was perfect, not too hot, and the sun came out just at the right time (once the meet was over). Saturday is the second meet of the year and then we'll take a short break over the 4th of July holiday before starting the stretch run towards Championships! Read more... We can ease our way into the season nice and slow, unlike last year where we had a tri-meet at home for the first meet of the year. We'll be going against the Northwood Knights so get your Colony gear on and let's show them our team spirit.

Championship Results8/11/2008Led by ISL 2008 Coach of the Year, Josh Clark, the Colony Red Hots won the Irvine Swim League Championships for the fifth year in a row. The Red Hots started off the day with a Red Hot parent, Catherine Kohlhase, receiving the Dave Kelly Parent of the Year award. Read more...
